Stops & Appointments wait time:

• Stops must be booked in advance with a limit of 15 minutes per stop.

• Wait time fee of $9.00 per 15 min increment applies during Appts only if requested.

• Wait time fee of $9.00 per 15 minute increment applies at each scheduled stop

• At this time we are limited to 2 stops per ride but be sure to let us know if it's really important and we could make an exception!

• Be sure to let us know if you want your vehicle to wait during your appointment.

 

• We accept private pay: Cash, checks, PayPal, debit and all major credit cards.

• Conveniently pay online via our secure payment portal or in person.

• Payment is due at start of your ride.

• Cash & checks can be  paid to your driver if paying in person. 

• Your vehicle may have mobile point of sale for in-person debit & credit card payments .

• You have options for paper or emailed receipts ..... or both.

• Convenience fee applies to online & point of sale payments.

Payments are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before start of trip. Less than 24 hours but more than 1 hour of pick up a cancellation fee of $30 applies. Within 1 hour of pick up 50% cancellation fee applies.
